Beyond Prompting: Building with AI For Small Business
Details
Come learn how to use AI to build the real operational infrastructure to scale your small business.
Most small business owners have heard of AI. Very few have seen what it can actually build for a business like theirs. This isn't a session about ChatGPT prompts, Claude Cowork or generic AI tips. It's a real look at what's possible when AI tools are used to build the operational infrastructure behind a small business. I'm Cynthia Jones, founder of The Builders' Ops Studio. I've built custom tools for Atlanta small businesses including online ordering systems, admin dashboards, client workflow automation, email automation, and AI-powered sales agents. These aren't off-the-shelf solutions. They're built for the specific business, owned by the business owner, and designed to run without constant involvement. In this session I'll walk you through what's possible, how it works, and what it would take to do the same for your business. You'll leave with a clear picture of what AI can realistically do at your stage, and what it actually takes to make it work. This session is for you if: You're running your business on memory, manual processes, or a stack of apps that don't talk to each other You're curious about AI but don't know where it fits in your business You want to see real examples, not a sales pitch Space is limited. Bring your questions.
