Whether you're navigating adolescence, fertility, pregnancy, motherhood, perimenopause, menopause, or life beyond — this is a space for you.
We recognize that along with the physical changes of each stage, women also face evolving relationships — with partners, children, family, friends, and most importantly, with themselves.

In this circle, we hold space for the emotional challenges that come with shifting roles, caregiving, loss, personal growth, and rediscovering your own identity.

This circle is facilitated by several therapists from 3 Elements Healing Arts Center, ensuring you feel seen, supported, and empowered in a safe and nurturing environment. In this gathering, we come together to share stories, listen deeply, and connect in a way that fosters true community. You’ll leave feeling seen, supported, and empowered.
