After the success of our Leaders in Tech group in Munich, we are really excited to launch in Reading and hold our first UK Leaders in Tech event in our brand new head office in Thames Tower.

Back in 2001 when the manifesto for software development was first launched, Agile was perceived as 'an IT thing'. 16 years on and Agile is spreading to all parts of all kinds of organisations. We'll explore what Whole Enterprise Agility is, why it delivers the business outcome of better products faster and how to run a successful transformation.

After Andy's presentation there will be plenty of time for networking and Austin Fraser will provide some light refreshments and of course a few beers!
