A year with Scala in production:review and Play! 2.0

We have another double header coming at you for the next Scala meetup!

Round 1: Joe Gaudet (CTO of Matygo (http://start.matygo.com/)) will talking about how they use Scala in production. A year ago he started migrating their Java backend to Scala and they are now 100% Scala, servicing thousands of students every day on mobile and web clients. Joe promises to share tips, mistakes learned the hard way, and even before/after pictures of a major refactoring. ~20-30 mins

Round 2: Colin Smith with be doing an overview of the recently released Play! 2.0 Web Framework. Play! is threatening to overtake Lift as the most popular Scala web framework and has added a lot of weight to the fight in this release. ~20 mins

It'll be a good one.

And in case there's a game that night we'll will rename it Play!-off Night and make it work :)
