Everyone’s pretending they slept more than 5 hours this week.
This is not that.
Founders & Builders Night is a small cocktail gathering for people in Bucharest who are building companies, ideas, communities, side projects, or careers that actually matter to them.
Not a conference.
Not speed networking.
Not 40 people waiting to pitch you their startup between sips of wine.
Just a thoughtfully curated room with ambitious people having honest conversations.
About:

## What makes this different?
We intentionally design the night to create real conversation.
Meaning:

🧠 guided icebreakers that go deeper than “what do you do?”
🤝 relaxed social energy without awkward networking pressure
The goal isn’t to collect contacts.
The goal is to leave feeling:
→ inspired
→ understood
→ energized
→ and maybe slightly less alone
