Lake Effect Brewing Company

It’s finally happening: the opening of the Lake Effect Brewing taproom; after many years (the brewery has been in business for over 12 years), Clint Bautz, the owner/brewer, is finally opening his long awaited taproom. Technically, this week is a ‘soft opening’; the taproom doesn’t open to the public until Saturday, 6/14; we’ll start there, walk through parts of Avondale & west Logan Square and return to Lake Effect to check out Milwaukee Avenue’s newest beer venue.
