The Arts Council and Moberly Parks and Rec are thrilled to welcome The Riddled Liver Band is the acoustic guitar duo of Andrew Gulovsen and Dale Franklin. They play bars, pubs, parties, wineries, music festivals, private events and anywhere good music is appreciated. A well-rounded set list with good harmonies and impressive guitar riffs.
