"Inspired by Nature" Opening Reception
Details
Calling all members! Join Front Range Wildlife Photographers for the opening reception of our group photography show Inspired by Nature at the Lakewood Cultural Center on Friday, September 8th from 5 pm to 7 pm.
The City of Lakewood will be catering the event and alcohol available for purchase.
Additionally, during the opening, we will be holding a panel discussion to explore how nature inspires us both in our everyday lives and a professional capacity.
For this panel, we will be joined by Front Range Wildlife Photographers' founder Jay Ryser and international best selling science fiction author Kevin J. Anderson, and Native American musician and performer Rose Red Elk.
If you are unfamiliar with Kevin J. Anderson, he has written 55 best-selling novels and has worked in the Dune, Star Wars, and X-Files universes. He will be joining us because he is extremely well known for dictating his best selling novels while hiking throughout Colorado. He will be speaking about his adventures featured in the book "Tails from the Trails" by T Duren Jones in which he makes appearances.
You can check out the book here:
