Hi everyone,
For May we will walk the trail at JDF Rec Center. It is a pretty easy walk with some forested areas and trail along the golf course. We will meet at the parking lot in front of the library. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash. For this month’s read (listen) I have chosen a podcast from Tara Brach. It is called Navigating Conflict with a Wise Heart Part 1 and 2. Each half is about 1 hour. You can access this talk using apple pod cast and searching for Tara Brach. The podcasts are in her podcast library from Sept 2022. You can also access the podcast by searching the title on you tube.
