Cherry Blossom Festival + Group Potluck Picnic at Brand Library (Glendale)

Come join me on Sunday, April 19th for Brand Library’s annual Cherry Blossom Festival!

Enjoy tea ceremonies, martial arts, kimono booths, Japanese music and dance, calligraphy, sumo, food, and more. Garden entry is FREE.

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Festival is free to attend; Tea Ceremonies are $25.00 per person with advance registration required

Note: We’ll have a potluck picnic—everyone should bring something to share. Afterward, we can go for a walk and a short hike around the premises. Although the event starts at 10 AM, we'll meet as a group around 11 AM to allow time for everyone to arrive.

Note: This will be a casual, bring-your-own potluck picnic—nothing will be provided, so please remember to bring plates, utensils, napkins, drinks, cups, ice, and any other essentials you might need. We’d love for everyone to bring a dish or substantial item to share so we can all enjoy a true group potluck together. Let’s all contribute and celebrate together—your effort will help make this a fun and memorable gathering for everyone!
