Lake Cachuma Camping Getaway – 3 Days, 2 Nights in Santa Barbara, CA

Hi Everyone,

I’m excited to host a small-group camping trip to Lake Cachuma, located in Santa Barbara County, about 2–2.5 hours from the Greater Los Angeles area.

This will be a limited group of 10-20 people to keep the experience relaxed, social, and more personal.

What to Expect:

• A laid-back weekend surrounded by nature, great company, and beautiful lake views
• Comfortable early-summer weather—perfect for outdoor camping before peak heat
• Campfires, shared conversations, and time to unwind or explore the area

What to Bring:

• Your own camping gear, cookware, food, and supplies
• Everyone will be self-sufficient for meals (bring and prepare your own food)
• Nothing is provided on-site, so please come fully prepared

Cost:

• $50 non-refundable per person to help cover campsite fees
• Please RSVP only if you are fully committed, as reservations are currently being finalized and the event date is approaching. Please note that refunds will not be available after payment.
• Transportation is not included; everyone is responsible for getting to the campsite
• There is a vehicle entry/parking fee of approximately $15 per night per vehicle (subject to park pricing at time of entry), unless you carpool and split costs

Parking at or near the campsite may be limited. If we reach a full group reservation (20-25 campers), I may be able to coordinate a group site with better parking arrangements.

RSVP Instructions:

• Please join the waitlist to RSVP
• Everyone will remain on the waitlist until payment is received, at which point you’ll be moved to “Going”

Important Notes:

Everyone is expected to be self-sufficient and prepare their own meals. Please make sure to clean up after yourself and be mindful of others while sharing the space.

The goal is a fun, respectful, and easygoing weekend where everyone can connect and enjoy the outdoors together.
