# The Rejuvenation Hangout: Reset the Vibes with Moves & Talks

LOCATION and TIME HAS BEEN CHANGED! WE WILL NOW BE IN Dr Paul Carlsson Park in Culver City!
Time: 1:30pm. It's day after Independence Day Celebrations, so we're making it 1:30 pm to make sure everyone has time to wake up!
Come thrive & vibe! Rejuvenate body & mind with awareness & connection with yourself and others, and a gentle yet invigorating Pilates-breath-Yoga fusion.

Part 1-We start with a brief introduction, then expect a gentle yet invigorating 40-45 minutes Pilates/Yoga/Breath session to wake up your body and clear your mind; to enhance a sense of peace and joy!

Part 2- Optional for those who'd like to hang out afterwards to chat-, connect-, and get to know each other better: We can either take a short walk (0.3 mi) to Jackson Market to get something to drink and/or eat. Love this place! It's super cute, can get a little crowded on a Sunday, but I'd say it's definitely worth it.
OR
We can drive a couple of miles west and take a walk at the beach.
If we'd like, we can choose a place there for lunch or something to drink.

Things to bring:
Water
A blanket/towel, and/or yoga mat.
If you have a sensitive back or neck; bring something to prop in-under as we might lie down for a bit.
An extra sweater…
You never know about the weather…..

For the Feet:👣
I suggest you let your feet breathe and ground in the grass whilst in the park….
It’s also the best in order to be able to use your whole foot when doing the exercises.

How to Find Us:
Once you've parked your car around the park or on the side streets, meet us in the park. We'll be towards the centre.

When joining any of the events please be respectful and considerate and cancel your RSVP if you can’t make it so that we don't wait for you for nothing!
If you're running late, please text me and let me know. However, if it's after the start, I might not see it until the exercise session is over.

Lastly, be aware that you are responsible for any losses or injuries that might occur during an event.
For eg. If you take off and don’t follow the group: You’re on your own! You run across a red traffic light and get run over by a car: You will have to deal with yourself and the driver… or perhaps your insurance company!
Watch your vauables!
Don't engage in exercises that feel unsafe to you: You're always welcome to modify or just sit in stillness. You’re responsible to bring enough water to stay hydrated. If you step, slip, fall on a rock, you and nature are the ones to blame.
