Friends-Giving Potluck and Game Night

Come on down for the first ever Friends-Giving Potluck and Game Night in Olympia!

This event is also cross-posted in my other Meetup group (Olympia Singles Social Club) but the event space is large enough that I wanted to extend it you all as well!

VENUE
We'll be meeting downtown at First Baptist Church of Olympia, who have graciously allowed us to use their large events room for our dinner. (P.S. This was my Mom's church, so I know people there!)

POTLUCK
I'll be posting a sign-up sheet once we get closer to the event, that being said, I’m going to designate you all for pie patrol so you don’t have to worry about keeping a dish hot and ready for the 40ish minute drive south :)

After dinner we'll play Thanksgiving Team Trivia - hopefully with prizes!

SCHEDULE

2:45pm Arrive and set-up buffet

3pm We feast!

4pm Thanksgiving Team Trivia
5pm Clean-up and head out

FAQs
Q: If this is a potluck, why is there a fee for the event?

A: Great question! While we are able to use the space for free, we still need to cover the cost for janitorial services which include: set-up and tear down of the tables + chairs in the room, cleaning the bathrooms (before and after) and taking our trash out. The other items being covered in the fee are buying the turkey(s) for the main dish and disposable place settings (plates, napkins, silverware).
