Event Details

• Float down the Stonycreek River while enjoying live music from 4 stages along the riverbanks.
• Ticket includes tube rental, shuttle, parking, admission to four bands, and free hot dogs at Stage 4.
• Personal cooler tubes are allowed, but personal tubes are not.
• Expect spotty or no cell service—plan to meet the group at 10:30 AM by the bus boarding area (boarding starts at 11 AM). If you’re late, just hop the next shuttle and try to link up on the river.
• Camping option available (if interested, please read before purchasing)

Tickets & Tubes

You must Purchase Your Own Ticket in advance
Pricing (Tubapalooza Only – Includes Tube + Shuttle + Life Jacket):

• Orange Tube – $55: Standard river tube (included in base price).
• Purple Tube – $65: Same size as the orange, but with a back, cup holder, and bottom.
• Blue Tube – $65: Same as the purple, but without a bottom.
• Cooler Tube – $25: Great for carrying your cooler along the float.

Music Stages 🎵

• 9:30–11:30 AM – Shop Stage: TBD
• 11:30 AM–1:30 PM – Stage 1: TBD
• 12:30–3:30 PM – Stage 2: TBD
• 2:30–4:30 PM – Stage 3: TBD
• 4:30–6:30 PM – Stage 4: TBD (includes free hot dogs!)

Things to Know

• Rain or shine (only rescheduled to Sept 6 if severe thunderstorms).
• Tickets are non-refundable unless Coal Tubin’ cancels.
• Bring sunscreen, water shoes, hat, sunglasses, snacks, and water.
• Food may be available for purchase; cooler tubes recommended for BYO food/drinks.
• No Styrofoam or glass
• You can float at your own pace; the group may not stick together the entire way.
• Once you finish floating, you’re free to head out; but we might grab food or drinks locally if people are up for it.

Want to make a whole weekend of it? Coal Tubin’ offers tubin’ + camping packages (3 days / 2 nights) starting at $60. Tube the day of your arrival, then camp and float over the next two days—all for one low price. Packages also cover entry to special events (no need to buy a separate event ticket).

Pricing (Camping + Tubing, 3 Days / 2 Nights):

• $60 – Orange Tube + Camping
• $80 – Purple or Blue Tube + Camping
