## What we’re about

A Milwaukee STR meetup for any STR-curious, aspiring, or professional Developers/Hosts/Managers to connect with the community. All types of hosts (Hotels, Airbnb, VRBO etc) are welcome.

🏛️Event layout (Pizza, Networking, Knowledge Sharing, MORE PIZZA!):

• Steven Kyle, founder of brandenburg development and a prolific host will be sharing his insights on STR world from long term rentals conversions, STR Management and operations!

• Naveen Kankate, Founder of Staythanks will be sharing his experience of building STR properties in an International market!

🏛️ Our community centers around three principles:
Value, Safety, and Trust. Please report harassment over meetup to an organizer or contact email in our Code of Conduct.

🧑‍💻 Hosts, you may find value at our meetup doing one or none of the following: look for connections and advice from fellow STR hosts, meet other hosts and make friends, validate the feasibility of an ambitious side project, get help with blockers, gain insight and awareness into the industry, learn about other trends in the STR domain involving guest experience and operations, join a vibrant online community, and/or hangout to sip coffee/drink in a perfect space with friendly people.
