Beyond Monads + ScalaCheck

We have two notable speakers presenting: Jim Duey (https://twitter.com/jimduey) travels in from Kansas City to give a talk called "Beyond Monads" and Jessica Kerr (https://twitter.com/jessitron) will deliver a presentation on ScalaCheck (http://scalacheck.org/). Both talks will be focused on Functional Programming topics, so I have asked Square (https://squareup.com/?sro=1) to provide us with the most appropriate FP food: Kolaches from the Kolache Factory (http://www.kolachefactory.com/).

If you would like to attend the meetup, please RSVP. Also, you are welcome to bring a(n adult) beverage of your choice. As well, if you would like to bring a non-perishable food donation for Circle of Concern (http://www.circleofconcern.org/), I will deliver it on the weekend after the meeting. Or bring a friend who has never attended Lambda Lounge. We have two great talks schedule, help us grow the group!
