Thursday: Building an application

On Thursday June 27th got side-tracked with other topics and didn't make progress. This Thursday I will postpone any questions and not get side-tracked.
This week will be creating a back-end server to request data.
The application being created is a simple stock charting application. This was presented by Tony a few weeks ago.
