Ever thought about kickboxing? Come on, I know you have. Well don't just think about it any longer, now's your chance to try it, for free! OK, there is a slight charge for the hand wraps at $3 (payable at the door), a 50% discount. If you take away nothing else, you always have the hand wraps for the memory.

Let your spirit be free with your hands, feet, body, and mind all functioning in a choreography of motion. Best to do the class in bare feet, socks, or smooth soled shoes.
