Course Almost Full... get in quick

If you’d like to spend less time worrying about things beyond your control and more time being present in your life I’m looking for a few people to join me to reignite the spark of joy that’s absolutely possible when we choose to live on purpose!

It’s for people who have done a course with me a while ago (or another Mindfulness Course like MBCT or MBSR) and would like to get back in the zone of clarity and calm.

We will refresh on all the key areas of now-ness (the word mindfulness is feeling a little overused so we are dropping it for this version of the course).

With ‘The Spark’ the intention is to reignite our powerful presence, coming back to the essentials of what’s important – something I have to do to keep sane and grounded myself too and wanted to share, it will be lovely to have you there.

I’m just keeping this one a small group so we can dig deep and I can tailor the expereince to make sure you get what you want from it…

• What to bring
Water bottle, notepad to be used as a meditation diary, pen.

• Important to know
Spaces are limited - This is small group so things can be well managed over Zoom. You need to contact Frances & have your place confirmed.

The full 6 week course costs an investment of £180
