A story of sophistication, secret clubs and steam baths......!

One of London's most elite areas, St James has connotations with gentleman's clubs, exclusive shops and royalty. But it has other associations too - a long gone theatre, a nook where artists and musicians hung out and even the odd steam bath or two with tales of a disgraced actor and a more than curious composer.

We also meet a dedicated follower of fashion, history's most successful candle seller, one of music's most famous couples one of theatre's most famous couples and possibly the most well-known royal mistress in this country's illustrious history.

There aren't many (any?) places where the names of Alec Guinness, Ada Lovelace, Charlie Chaplin Julia Roberts and Jimi Hendrix (plus others I've not mentioned coz that'd ruin the surprise) will be mentioned in the same small geographic area.
