There are not enough statues of great women in London, but there are a few and their legacies whistle through the ages in a number of places.

We will explore an area mostly devoted to Government and memorial to leaders of countries, but pay more than a nod to Suffragettes, women of the SOE, women in politics, a couple of nurses and some other charismatic of influential women - some well known, others less so.

Plus one of the finest views you'll get of the Houses of Parliament

One thing is certain.....you will never wander through this historic area the same way again!
