This is a walk is definitely worth going on, as there is lots to see and many photographic opportunities.
We will meet at 10.45 am at The William Morris Pub { which is opposite Hammersmith Underground Station} for a hot drink.
After our hot drink, at 11.15 am we will walk to Hammersmith Bridge to start our walk., to The Thames Path.
We will pass many cafes and pubs as we make our way to Chiswick Mall, where there is wonderful Stuart and Georgian frontages including Walpole House former home of Barbara Villiers, mistress of Charles 2nd
Lunch will be at the cafe in Chiswick Park & Gardens {as image above } or bring your own.
After lunch we will make our way to Barnes Bridge, and then Barnes Common, following part ofThe Barnes Trail.
Our walk then goes to Putney Lower Common, which will take us back to The Thames at Putney., where our walk ends.
We will then go back for a drink to The Rocket, or to Putney Rail Station or East Putney or Putney Bridge Underground Stations.
£7 meet up fee on arrival., {please have the right change}.
If you have a knee problem or walk slow this walk is not for you.
