Wimbledon Park to Richmond
Details
Come with me on an enjoyable and picturesque , and one of my most popular walks, starting at Wimbledon Park Station and ending up at Richmond Station.
We will meet at Wimbledon Park Tube Station at 11 am and at 11.15 am we will start our walk following the capital ring, going through Wimbledon Park, and making our way to Wimbledon Common, and having our hot drink at the Windmill Cafe on the Common.
After our hot drink and sandwich if wanted, we will walk through some woodland, cross the busy A3 and enter Richmond Park.
Lunch will be in Richmond Park at Pembroke Lodge where you can use the Cafe or bring your own.
After lunch we will come out of the park, on to the Thames Path and have a drink at a pub before going to Richmond Station.
