Join me for a fun morning, learn lots of stuff and get some exercise!

11.00 - 11.10 Meet together outside the Hampstead Tube station
(There will be some cafes etc open for a quick hot drink/loo stop)

Fee £15

Ok so some of you will have noticed that ive listed this as a new walk and yet have done Hampstead a few times before...... well this is Hampstead part two if you like, setting off in a different direction with only one stop being repeated.

We'll walk together round one of London's most beautiful villages, Hampstead is also cram full of history; beautiful churches, cosy pubs, gorgeous residences , higgledy piggledy streets and a string of famous names pervade this walking tour through what are, mostly, surprisingly quiet streets in one of London's most well-known and well-trodden paths.

Plus we will be skirting around the beautiful heath and investigating the route of one of London's most famous rivers, standing at a murder site, learning why Ian Fleming and Goldfinger didn't get along and, for those who like to extend the day, stopping off in a pub for lunch afterwards - sorry that bit's not included in the price!

Where else would you find Boy George, John Keats, Sid Vicious and the Muppets?

Finish close to Hampstead tube where there are plenty of places for lunch in nearby pub/restaurant

Please let me know if you cant come. We will not wait for people who have failed to show up in the past.

Laurence is a BLUE BADGE GUIDE full of interesting and unusual knowledge. The Blue Badge course is an intense and rigorous course where guides are tested to the limit and have to prove they can be both entertaining and knowledgeable. Fee £14 payable on the day

Please note that if you cancel after 10pm the night before the event you will still be expected to pay
