After the success of the free taster session, I’m excited to launch a regular Chair Exercise class!
Join me starting Tuesday 14 April at 1:30 PM for a gentle but effective class designed for adults 45+ who want to improve strength, mobility and overall wellbeing — all in a supportive and friendly environment.
✨ What to expect:
• Gentle, low-impact exercises using a chair
• Improve strength, balance and mobility
• Safe, adaptable movements for all levels
• A welcoming and relaxed atmosphere
💷 Pricing:
• £5 per class (drop-in)
• £39 for the full block of 13 classes (£3 per class)
Most people find that committing to the full 13-week block helps them stay consistent and see real progress — and it also works out at just £3 per class.

***About Your Teacher
I’m Carmina González, a yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and 15 years of teaching experience. My teaching is informed by:
- Move it or lose it! FABS training programme
- Master level training in Korean style yoga (Body & Brain)
- Anusara immersion & 200-hour teacher training
- 30-hour Yin Yoga training
- Yoga therapy for PTSD
- Trauma-sensitive yoga
