Blue Springs State Park During Manatee Season, Book Now or Be Left at Home!

Join us at Blue Spring State Park for a weekday camping trip during manatee season. This crystal clear spring sits along the beautiful and scenic St. John's River and draws manatees with it's consistent 72 degree water temperature.

We will be camping from Wednesday, February 26 to Saturday, March 1st. You are welcome to customize the dates to make them work for you. DON'T wait to book and do take advantage of the Florida Resident Program as this park is very popular all season long. In order to book these dates 11 months out you must be logged into your REGISTERED Florida state park account or it will tell you there are no sites available. https://reserve.floridastateparks.org/ to reserve.

While camping we will hike trails in and around the park and visit small towns nearby. Bring your bicycle and bike the Spring to Spring Trail that runs along the eastern side of the park. We will also host a campfire each evening.

*Please note that water activities like swimming and snorkeling in the spring are closed during manatee season.
