Easy Bike Ride, Science World to Lonsdale Quay 17KM's

Easy Bike Ride for a Young Person. Some small hills.
All on bike routes.

Meet Spot: Science World. Drs. James Till & Ernest McCulloch Statue

The Ride: Easy Pace: I have lead many bike rides. I ride an E bike.
I seem to fill a niche of a more casual bike ride. For non E bikes, I ride at a maximum of 12 KM/Hr. i make sure we keep together

Route: From Science World, Union street. Adanac to Hwy 1, cross over Hasting and across the Second Narrows Bridge, Spirit Trail to Lonsdale Quay for Lunch.
People can either take the Sea Bus back or ride across the Lions Gate Bridge. I will end my ride at the Quay as I live in the area.

Equipment: Your bike must be well maintained, tools and spare tubes are helpful. You must wear a Helmet,
i picked the latter time as it looks like it will warm up to 14 C.
Panniers or a back pack are good to carry extra clothing, water etc,
