Join us for a relaxed introduction to Tai Chi basics in the quiet beauty of Stanley Park.

No experience, registration, or special equipment required — just wear comfortable clothes and shoes. All levels are welcome.

We’ll meet at 550 Denman Street and take a short walk to a shaded, peaceful spot tucked away in the park. The practice will focus on simple Tai Chi foundations, gentle movement, balance, breathing, and moving at your own pace.

The only requirement is to know your own limits and avoid pushing yourself beyond what feels comfortable.

You are welcome to rest, observe, or leave at any time.

After practice, we may continue with a leisurely one-hour walk through the park for anyone who wishes to stay.

Weather note: This event will be cancelled if it rains.
