Kathleen Nisbet & The Party Timers + Cambie Happy Hour

For our October Cambie meetup, we'll be checking out Kathleen Nisbet and The Partytimers. They've played the Cambie before (and many other venues) but I haven't been able to find a public video link yet. However, based on other sources, I'm confident this will be a good dancing and listening time. :)

The Cambie's blurb describes them this way: "The Party Timers are an all-star rockabilly band featuring five of Vancouver's finest roots musicians paying tribute to the legendary Wanda Jackson. I have three tables (20 seats) reserved for 6pm, a start time that is meant to give us an opportunity to socialize before the first of three music sets starts at 7.

Please note: This is not a drop-in event. RSVPing "yes" is a commitment to be there when the reservation starts at 6pm. After 6:30, I'll allow The Cambie to use any of our unfilled spaces to seat other customers.

However, it's totally fine to leave earlier than 10pm, which is when the music typically ends.
