DETAILS: At Scaled Agile, we use SAFe to run our business, from the portfolio to the teams. And without good team flow, there would be no portfolio flow. We (Dean and Harry) are members of a team responsible for delivering a product (the Scaled Agile Framework) and supporting the organization with other activities (customer engagements, community events, and courseware development, to name a few). While we are an Agile team, we would not classify ourselves as a Scrum Team or a Kanban Team. It’s something different. So then, what are we? We have recently asked ourselves that question, which has led to several insights about FLOW from the teams up to the portfolio.

FORMAT: Approximately 20 minutes of thought leadership presentation by invited guests (using zoom). Followed by 30 minutes of open discussion and networking (using gather.town). The intent is to share learnings, collaborate, network, and facilitate focused discussions.
