Dear CSS people,

Our last meeting was wonderful and I have no doubt we will continue in that fashion.

For that matter, we are adding roughly around 150km of padding, removing the borders, and inviting our guest speakers from Croatia.

I am proud to announce two seasoned professionals:

• Tomislav ‘Koza’ Kozačinski (http://www.kozacinski.com/)… a speaker, designer, front end developer, entrepreneur, philosophy enthusiast, Typography Lover, CSS sensei… and some other buzz words as well. His client list include Hitlist, Toptal, Blushhh…, WiOffer, yavanga and many more. He is a very funny person, probably because he is also a stand up comedian;

• Aleks ‘Curać’ Šarić (http://alekscuracsaric.me/) is a graphic designer with over 10 years of experience. Currently working as a Creative Manager in NewMan’s Business Accelerator in Skopje where he leads startups in their marketing endeavours and often helping out with designing interfaces of the products involved. Aleks is also a stand up comedian so his talks have an interesting view on the topic he is discussing, which in this case is - porn.

The event is going to held place at Celtra (Kongresni trg 3, Ljubljana), April 22nd at 6:30pm.

Your designer is not your slut! is about how product managers and developers perceive their designer or design team - and why is it wrong. You’ll see what happens to the creative mind they employ once they force them to add a golden crown on top of the milking cow in the election posters (Yes! That happened!).

The talk is based on 10 year experience in graphic, web and start-up industry, of which better part was being Don Quixote in defense of best practices, and why it was time to stop.
