Join us for an in-depth look at building Windows 8 apps using C#, MvvmCross and Xamarin.Mobile providing an easier path to port your apps From Windows 8 to iOS and Android! Learn to how to give your app deep integration with platform features but still maintain portability.
MvvmCross will help you reuse much of your UI code, implementing only the bare minimum in platform specific code. Follow that up with Xamarin.Mobile to access commonly used device features like Location and Contacts in a platform agnostic way. At the end of this session , you’ll be well on your way to building once and supporting all Tablets, Laptops, Desktops & even the Surface and ARM devices.
