Stoicism and Love

Hi guys,

our next meetup will be one day after the annual conference on all things Stoic, this year held in New York, 'Stoicon 2016', and one day before the start of another annual event, a week-long free online course, open to all, on Stoicism, called 'Stoic Week', from 17th to 23rd of October.
As the theme of this year's Stoic Week is 'Stoicism and Love', I thought it would be fitting to centre our meetup around the same subject. As a springboard for discussion, we may want to look at these two posts from Donal Robertson, but you're very welcome to bring any quotes and passages to do with the topic.
