Inside Flow is not your average yoga class — it’s a special way of moving in harmony with the music and your breath.
Every class is built around a song, and we move through yoga poses in rhythm with the music and our breath. It’s fun, emotional, and uplifting — you don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced to enjoy it.

🗓️ Date: every Friday, weekly classes (except last Friday of the month)
⏰ Time: 17:45 - 18:45h
📍 Location: Espacio Bohemia, c. Leopoldo Alas “Clarín”, 3, Málaga
