How do the Lean Startup principles apply to selling services?

Dear Smart Lean Startup members,

Was impressed by you all - your motivation, ideas, optimism. I've listened carefully to your wishes, preoccupations and questions about Lean Startup.

For our formal meeting in September we will revert back to a mix of introductions, presentations, exchange (discussion, feedback) and networking.

Please let me have your ideas or needs, so that we can make them part of the event. I'll be back with the final agenda a little later. Also, the meeting location might change - but it will still take place in Geneva.
