Love those beautiful night photographs with dazzling skies, vivid colors and bright lights? Join on us and learn how to capture them! Meetup us April 14th for an evening photographic outing.
Place and time:
Will meet at the Wortham theater. Sunset for April 14th is at 7:49 PM. So, we will meet at 7:30 PM. Sharp! Will Take a few pictures around that area, and then we are going to walk a few blocks to photograph different places and try different styles of night photography.
will be postponed in case of rain
What to bring:
- A DSLR or mirrorless camera
- Tripod ** make sure that the plate that attaches to the camera is on the tripod.
- A Wired or wireless camera remote control. Newer mirrorless cameras can use their phone apps. Make sure to test it before you come to the meetup!
- Comfortable shoes
- Hydration
We will maintain social distance and COVID safety guidelines.
Your instructor for this class is Manolo Grajeda. Here is Manolo's profile:
Manolo is passionate about night photography, travel, wildlife and adventure photography. He spends several weeks a year exploring and photographing Guatemala and its people. Currently Manolo works as a professor at University of St. Thomas and as school teacher at Alief ISD. Manolo is the organizer of Discovering Houston Photography Meetup.
