Visiting Terracotta exhibition
Details
Hi all,
How about visiting Terracotta warriors as our first event? Terracotta is now exhibited in the Hague.
Terracotta Army was found in the tomb of China's first Emperor Qin Shi Huang (246/210 BC). This exhibition will prove unequalled in content, beauty and interest compared to anything of its ilk in the Netherlands. More than 100 warriors have set up camp in the all-impressive New Babylon building, along with their tents, horses and carriages. Aside from this, the jewelry, aretefacts, weaponry and arts so prevalent and abundant from the time of Qin Shin Huangdi – 246/210 BC – are collected together for your admiration.
This will be also a great opportunity to get to know Chinese history as well. For those who are interested, I will be more than happy to explain a bit about Chinese history during our visit:-)

We will meet at the Hague Central station and walk together to the venue.
