Utilizing EFT tapping with non-ordinary states work

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as Tapping, uses a combination of neuroactivation, acupressure, and the energy system to help individuals remove blocks, and unwind negative beliefs, thought patterns, habits, and trauma responses.

EFT Tapping works beautifully on its own, and also when integrated into other modalities such as IFS, Somatic work, EMDR, VNS, and Psychedelic therapy.

Vera Flame is a certified EFT Tapping practitioner, who has been practicing since 2006. Vera is also certified in Neuroleadership, Reiki, and Theta Healing. In this session, Vera will explain how and why this technique works, teach you how to do a basic form of the techniques, and lead the group in practicing the technique. She will then discuss specifics on how she has integrated EFT Tapping with other modalities such as: EMDR, IFS, Somatic healing, and Psychedelic Therapy. Lastly, Vera will open the discussion to the group for questions, thoughts and ideas.
