Come join us for this boot camp that is lower body focused. 30 minutes of you time is all you will need to make your heart happy and your legs think otherwise.
$5 per person
Come join us for an evening to unwind from the chaotic week but still have the feeling of exercising. Enjoy a social evening of provided wine (red and white) and stretching with other locals looking to end the week and begin gearing up for the weekend. If you have your favorite wine, feel free to bring it!
