## Live coding visuals with “Processing-ish” and Hydra ##
This workshop will be an introduction to the tools LiveCodingLab/Improviz and Hydra, and will teach you how to get started doing live visuals by writing code. If you are already familiar with Processing or p5js, then LiveCodingLab and Improviz will seem familiar to you, while Hydra is more like creating visuals in a way inspired from how modular video synthesizers are working.
And don’t worry about all the technical words. You don’t need to be a coder already, you just need to be ready for exploring new aesthetics.
## Live coding music with FoxDot ##
Are you a musician who is interested in working with code to create music? Or are you programmer wondering how you can use code to create music in real time? Wonder no more. FoxDot is a very accessible Python based environment and you will be jamming out tunes in no time.
## Algorave ##
Here you get to perform a live set using what you’ve just learned.
Or perhaps you simply want to talk about or showcase what kind of live coding that you are passionate about.
Or perhaps you didn’t participate in the workshops but want to see/hear what live coding is about
Everyone is welcome.
Happy coding!
