Alexandria Badminton🏸 Meetup – Let’s Build a Community ⭐

Welcome, everyone! This group is for fellow Alexandria residents who love—or want to start playing—badminton.

After months of searching for badminton groups in the area, I found very few options, with most being in Arlington, Crystal City or Fairfax.

I created this community in the hope that we can connect, organize games, and build an active badminton community right here in Alexandria.

For now, I’ve set this event as online since we don’t yet have a location, and I’m still pretty new to the area myself. If you know of any parks, recreation centers, or other great places where we could play—or if you have portable badminton nets we could set up outdoors—please leave a comment. I’d love to hear your ideas and make this a community effort.

Looking forward to playing with you all!
