QS Show & Tell #12

Hey QSers, our next meetup is right around the corner! This time we have presentations on Heart Rate Variability (aka HRV, one of the biggest QS topics lately), the correlation between running times and outdoor temperature, and blood testing.

Details:

• When: Monday, September 30th from 6pm-8pm. We'll have 30 minutes of drinks and networking and then we'll start the talks right at 6:30. Announcements will be kept to a minimum this time.

• Where: IMSA Room @ 1871. Directions: Go to the Merchandise Mart and tell the security guard in the lobby that you are going to the 12th floor. When exiting the elevator, walk toward the bright 1871 sign. Once inside 1871, take a right at the first hallway and you'll see a sign for our meetup.
