Why we need Assange Freed

This will be a short talk about Julian Assange, a news publisher facing massive 'legal' persecution.

About Assange:
Although Assange is a journalistic legend, their ongoing detention is meant to intimidate all would-be truth-tellers; and not just in one country, but everywhere, since Assange isn't a USA citizen and wasn't here when the 'crimes' occurred: if the USA gets its way, a legal precedent to prosecute any inconvenient person in the world is set, a staggering threat to free press and free speech. We need a free Assange, so they can uncover secrets and empower those who would do the same.
