In a career approaching nearly two decades, Kevin has been involved with the acquisition, sale, development, financing, and leasing of commercial and residential properties. His current portfolio consists of single family rentals, office buildings, and smaller multi-family properties. His experience includes apartments, office buildings, shopping centers, and subdivision development. His boutique firm focuses primarily on single family residential real estate and small to medium sized commercial properties.
