Early Summer Picnic 初夏ピクニック

Hello everyone! It's been a sunny week, and it's starting to feel like summer, so…..Kizuna Club has decided to host a picnic on Saturday, May 13th, starting at 3:00 PM at the green space around the Science World .

Let’s name it "Early Summer Picnic" !

【Location】
The grass area next to Science World

【Time】
May 13th, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
*your arrival does not have to be on time, late comers are welcome !

【Participation Fee】
$10 per person
Please bring cash on the day of the event.
(We kindly ask that you bring exact amount if possible.)

【Important】
・As this is an outdoor event, we will have to cancel the event in case of rain. We will make a decision based on the weather forecast at noon on Friday as to do or postpone the event.

・Also, if we haven't got a minimum of 10 participants by noon on Friday, we will postpone the event.

We will provide food and drinks, so you don't need to bring anything. However, if you want to bring yours to share with people, you're more than welcome to!

We'll be hosting the event with another meetup group, so we're expecting a big turnout.

For those who are new to Vancouver, it's a great opportunity to make new friends.

Let's all get together, have some fun and get ready for the coming summer !!

Ayane:
In December 2022, she came to Vancouver for a working holiday. She used to be a pharmacist in Japan and her goal is to work in the "Doctors Without Borders" in the future, so she is studying English now. Her hobbies are dance, photography, and video shooting and editing.

そこで今週の土曜日5.13日の15:00からscience worldで『Early Summer Picnic by Kizuna Club』を開催します！

【場所】
science world横の芝生

【時間】
5.13 の15:00~18:00
途中参加も大歓迎！

【参加費】
ひとり$10
当日キャッシュでお持ち下さい。
(なるべくお釣りがないようにお願いします)

【開催判断】
・屋外でのイベントになるため雨天中止とします。金曜日のお昼の予報で以て、開催か延期かの判断をします。
・また、金曜日のお昼の時点で10人集まっていなかった場合も延期とします。

食べ物や飲み物はこちらで用意しますので手ぶらで構いません！もちろん自分の好きな飲み物など 持ってきたい方は大歓迎です。

他のミートアップと合同で行うので沢山の方に来ていただけると思います。

みんなで集まって、楽しみましょう！
