Join us for our first gathering of 2020 at the first ever SourceCon Indy Hackathon for Talent Professionals!
What's a SourceCon Hackathon you ask? It's part sourcing lab, part game show, and a way to showcase or sharpen your talent sourcing skillz!
Whether you are a novice or self-proclaimed expert this will be a great opportunity to learn from others (iron sharpens iron)!
We'll kick things off with a little networking followed by an explanation of the rules and lay of the land for the main event, closing with more mixing and mingling!
Tentative agenda:
4:30-5:10 - Networking and Audience Bingo
5:10-5:25 - Intro, sponsors/thank you's, and rules
5:25-6:20 - Hack-a-thon: 2 Rounds of challenges each progressing in difficulty (*we will review & discuss after each round)
6:20-6:30 - Winner announced
6:30-6:45 - Closing remarks and continued networking/conversations
