IP AT THE CUTTING EDGE with cocktails

Kilburn & Strode LLP serve up some of the world’s leaders in IP and innovation to show how patents can help companies at the cutting edge of technology, all washed down with cocktails from one of London’s finest mixologists.

The first talk is taking place on 17 October 2013 at 6.00pm at Google Campus and the details are as follows:

Olivier Johansson from tax experts Deloitte and Nick Shipp, a European patent attorney at Kilburn & Strode, look at how the UK Government’s Patent Box initiative could help reduce the tax bill of innovative companies.

Following the seminar there will be an opportunity to discuss the Patent Box, as well as any other IP or tax related queries, with a number of specialists from Kilburn & Strode and Deloitte over a cocktail or two.

Chris Palermo, US patent attorney from leading Silicon Valley based law firm Hickman Palermo, discusses everything from protecting your innovations in the US to avoiding patent trolls.
