Setup, R Interface, and Intro to Basics
Details
I will give a basic overview of R, an introduction to the interface, and an intro to the most basic parts of R programming. This will include:
- How to download and set up R
- The screen you will use in RStudio
- Setting a working directory
- Importing and exporting data
- Basic data manipulation through an example exercise
I will also introduce users to our Github site where we will store our code and data sets and the RShiny app if it can be completed by class time.
