World Retrospective Day - Retrospection with Codepile1

Agile retrospectives are done at the end of sprints, they are a time to reflect on the work done, what went well and what could go better in the future. They are critical in developing team skills and performance.

Codepile1 is a digital innovation platform that facilitates the resolution of projects through highly collaborative workflows in which service/product providers are matched with relevant projects/issues.

The open nature of Codepile1 allows for retrospective notes to be shared across projects so lessons learned in one project can be used elsewhere. Over time the pooling of best practices will create a general Center of Excellence (CoE) empowering all platform members to use the latest and greatest techniques in problem solving.
