How to Understand People

Understanding people is one of the biggest challenges of life. At one time or another, we have all struggled with things like

- How do I know whether this person is trustworthy or not?
- How do I pick the right partner who is compatible with me?
- How do I make my family members happier?
- How do I recognize the red flags and avoid narcissistic people?
- How do I tell whether this person is lying to me?
...

The list goes on and on. In fact, you might say if we are always able to judge people's characters correctly, then we all our lives will have been so much better. If you think about it, the reason this world is in trouble is because we don't understand people very well. For instance, if the people had learned of what kind of person Vladimir Putin or Adolf Hitler really is, they would not have elected him to be their leader.
